New firm has traditional values
Quality legal services delivered by expe- rienced lawyers is what Mickel & Chapman in Conway strive to provide every day.
Though the firm is young, the partners are seasoned professionals. Tom Mickel and Dustin Chapman have nearly 45 years of combined experience in the legal pro- fession.
The mission at Mickel & Chapman is simple.
“We believe in helping people,” Mickel said, “whether it is dealing with general le- gal issues or specialized legal issues for a reasonable fee.”
Chapman practices general civil and criminal law with an emphasis on divorce and custody, as well as probate and personal injury. Mickel’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, personal injury and environmental law.
The legal support team is led by claims manager Shauna Walton, who has more than three years experience han- dling workers’ compensation and Social
Security disability claims.
The most important thing to Mickel &

“We enjoy helping people,” Mickel said. “We get satisfaction from seeing a client’s issue get resolved or when they are able to get on with their lives.”
Peace about the decision to retain the services of any attorney at the firm of Mickel & Chapman is always the goal during the initial consultation.
“We want our clients to have confidence that they will receive splendid legal services and that we will get the best result possible for them,” Mickel said.
Quality customer service and the best possible outcome is the foundation on which Mickel & Chapman is built.

MORRILTON FAMILY DENTAL
Staff proud to keep clients smiling in fun environment
At Morrilton Family Dental, clients meet a staff that not only will help them to have a great smile, but also will give them some- thing to smile about.
The clinic’s team has a simple goal: to serve the community by providing a healthy, positive, enthusiastic and enjoyable place for dental care.
“One of the unique things about our business is how much we laugh,” said Dr. Bill Eggart, owner and chief executive of- fice of the business. “Someone is always dressing up, dancing or cracking a joke. At Morrilton Family Dental you get more than just a dental team, you get a family. We get the opportunity to truly help people, which is very empowering and exciting.”
Since the founding of the business 11 years ago, Eggart said, he measures success not only by the quality of dentistry provid- ed, but also by the relationships he and his staff develop with the people they serve.
Eggart has specialty training in im- plants, laser, gum therapies, dentures and partials, and specifically, cosmet- ic and aesthetic dentistry. In addition,
Eggart puts a strong focus on continuing education for his entire staff.
This summer, Morrilton Family Dental will welcome Conway native Dr. Jacob Seiter to the staff. Seiter, who recently completed his education at Louisiana State University, spent time volunteering with multiple non- profit dental clinics, as well as completing an internship in Bethel, Alaska.
“I am ready to be back in Arkansas and excited about joining the team at Morrilton Family Dental,” Seiter said.
Eggart said Seiter will help the business continue its goals of developing trust and providing the highest possible quality care.
“A person’s smile is a very personal thing,” Eggart said. “A smile says lots about a person. We are able to make an impact daily into people’s lives by helping them to smile. Smiling is contagious, and that is a compliment we see daily at Morrilton Family Dental.”
