MOWER ZONE
Shop ensures outdoor workers’ peace of mind
Regardless of the time of year, outdoor work is a necessity, and people want to be comfortable with the reliability of their power equipment. For Mower Zone of Morrilton, its customer service has con- tinued far beyond the initial sale for the 12 years the company has been in business.
The friendly staff of Mower Zone offers various brands of equipment and strives for customer satisfaction through quality service. Manager Mark Gullett said the business wants customers to feel “safe with purchases and services provided. We stand behind our work.”
Along with selling equipment, Mower Zone services most of the major brands sold, as well as ATVs, and does warranty work for the MTD, Troy Bilt, Poulan, Pou- lan Pro, Generac, Briggs, Kohler, Honda, Husqvarna, Snapper, Jonsered, Earth- quake, Echo and Shindiawa. With a di- verse selection of equipment and services, Mower Zone prides itself on helping peo- ple with their outdoor power-equipment needs. Gullett said the company wants to help its customers feel comfortable and
knowledgeable about the products.
“We want to offer good products and services to the public for a fair price while educating the customer on use and care of equipment,” he said. The business is “nestled in historic downtown Morrilton,” so the store isn’t necessarily well-known to many potential buyers, he said. The staff of Mower Zone, which is a family business, understands customers’ equipment needs and strives to have customers return to their homes happy with the purchases they have
made.
Gullett said the company takes pride in
helping people.
“[We love] being able to provide good
products to friends and neighbors,” he said. With the knowledge and help of Mow- er Zone, Gullett said he hopes customers feel secure in choosing the right power equipment and can rely on his staff to help ensure its longevity with proper service.
GRAND ON OAK
Helping customers have fun, look great is goal
Fun and fashion are two of the very simple secrets behind the success of Grand on Oak in Conway, said owner Sena Lovette Crafton.
“I love fashion, clothes and the new looks,” Crafton said. “Five or six items can drastically change a wardrobe.”
Located in downtown Conway, this unique boutique offers clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, boots, bags and scarves, as well as luxurious bath and body products.
Timeless fashion and quality fabrics are a must in the store’s inventory, which is de- signed to appeal to customers of all ages.
Crafton’s extensive experience has taught her that when it comes to ordering merchandise, the rule is simply “one at a time.”
“If I can’t see it, feel it, I don’t order it,” Crafton said.
She views her customers as individuals with their own defined looks; therefore,
she doesn’t order too many of any one piece.
“Everyone should be able to find something, and we have styles for grand- mother, mother and daughter,” Crafton said.
“You should be able to find something of good quality and a good price point,” she said. “All of our accessories will com- pliment any outfit they can find. We can put you together as fast as you need.”
In addition, the store offers alterations as part of its services.
Discounts are offered on the store’s Facebook page, along with a one-time- per-year 30 percent birthday discount.
“I love it when someone leaves with a good quality and a great look,” Crafton said. “We are just having fun.”
