Company celebrates 40 years of exceptional service
With a rainbow logo that symbolizes hope and goodness, The Janet Jones Co. has helped clients find their pot of gold since 1980. Those who have turned to the company for help with buying or selling their homes showed their appreciation by voting The Janet Jones Co. Best Real Estate Company in the 2020 Best of the Best contest.
“We are thrilled that the readers of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette have voted us Best Real Estate Company,” said Janet Jones, company president. “I think our legendary service is the primary reason we have won this honor.”
The company works to provide “a gold standard of service,” she said, adding that following the Golden Rule has been a part of the company’s business philosophy since The Janet Jones Co. was founded 40 years ago.
“Our mission is to go above and beyond to care for our customers, so it is built into the way we do our business on a daily basis,” she said. “It is expected and is a wonderful way to work for our clients.”
Clients’ repeat business and referrals let her know the approach is working, she added.
“I often receive many compliments from clients about
the agent with whom they work,” Jones said. “It is so wonderful when a client calls or writes to tell us how much they appreciate all that our agents do for them to help them meet their real estate goals.”
The company employs a number of licensed Realtors and brokers who have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, she said, adding that staff members undergo both in-office training and continuing-education classes.
“Our staff is equal to none. They are committed and indispensable,” she said. “We are always looking for new ways to support and help our agents to make them even more successful.”
The company also gives back to the community through The Johnson Melhorn Rainbow Fund, which helps provide local families with food and shelter and is funded in part by a portion of agents’ commissions, which are matched with company funds. Jones said the company has donated more than $159,000 to the fund since its creation in 2008.
“We want to continue to be the gold standard of Little Rock real estate and continue to make a difference in people’s lives with our legendary service,” she said. “We love our clients and are so honored to get to work with them at such important times of their lives.”
