BEST DAY SPA Exhale the Med Spa at Cosmetic Surgery Center >> Cosmetic surgery center, day spa are goal-getters for clients
Helping patients and clients achieve their personal goals is the primary focus of Rhys Branman, M.D., and the team at the Cosmetic Surgery
Center and Exhale the Med Spa.
“My staff treats all my patients like family,”
Branman said, adding that staff members have even gone to patients’ homes or hotel rooms to provide care.
Because of this dedication, readers of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette have voted Branman this year’s Best Cosmetic Surgeon and Exhale the Best Day Spa.
Branman, a graduate of Vanderbilt Uni- versity and a board-certified cosmetic and maxillofacial surgeon, has more than 30 years of experience and has been featured in both local and national media. In addition to serv- ing as a board examiner for the American Board of Cosmetology, he has been appoint- ed to the Arkansas State Medical Board by Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

Rhys Branman, M.D., center, and the entire team at the Cosmetic Surgery Center and Exhale the Med Spa work to ensure that patients and clients receive top-level care.
In addition to Crystal Shaffer, a licensed aesthetician, Exhale’s team includes Leslie Harmon, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and is a registered nurse and is board certified as both a plastic-surgery nurse and an aesthetic nurse specialist.
The spa offers a complete array of cosmet- ic services, from Botox and fillers to facials, laser treatment and hair removal, Latisse eyelash treatments, spider-vein treatment, waxing and tinting, and more.
As the COVID-19 pandemic swept the globe this year, the team at the surgery cen- ter and med spa have worked to support the front-line health care workers at area hospitals.
“We have donated needed [personal pro- tective equipment] to these providers and have brought needed food and refreshments to these hard-working hospital staff mem- bers,” Branman said. “We wanted to show how much we care about them during this crisis and give them our support.”
at the Cosmetic Surgery Center, however, is the staff, Branman was quick to note.
“Our business excels because of the ded- icated professionals who work here who are constantly innovating and providing quality care to my patients,” he said, adding that there is little turnover, and some staff mem- bers have been part of the team for more than 10 years.
“My staff undergoes a rigorous training program, which helps integrate them into the Cosmetic Surgery Center team,” he said. “My staff is the reason I am so successful. Without their hard work and patient care, I could not do what I do so well.”
Helping clients “glow from head to toe” through nonsurgical treatment options, Exhale the Med Spa is now in its third year.
