This year, Three Fold Noodles + Dumpling Co. mobilized the made-from-scratch dumplings, noodles, steamed buns and other menu items that garnered the downtown Little Rock eatery a spot as finalist for Best Asian Restaurant in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s 2020 Best of the Best readers’ poll by opening Three Fold Mobile, which was named Best Food Truck in the contest. General manager Rebecca Yan said the truck has allowed the company to keep its staff members employed and provide customers with a safer outdoor dining environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.“We’re very glad and proud to have achieved [these awards],” she added.“It’s all made possible by the support of this wonderful community we have here in Little Rock and across the state of Arkansas.”
