At any dealership, teamwork and pre- cision are keys to a successful oper- ation. Sheila Luker, office manager at Jayson Jones Ford LLC, is knowledgeable on how to operate behind the wheel of the dealership.
With her 28 years of experience in the industry, Luker has essentially become a jack-of-all-trades, managing everything in between.
“I mainly do cash flow and financial statements,” Luker said. “I’m also involved in all the receivables, payables, warranties, bank deposits, bank statements and more.”
Although Luker goes through basically the same process every day, the process is different with each customer. “I enjoy the fact that it’s never boring here,” Luker said. “The car business is always unique. I think that’s probably the most fun.”
With as much responsibility as Luker holds, her overall goal is to have all of her co-workers’ trust.
Luker joined the industry and stayed because of the owners. “When they bought the dealership, they told me that they would never ask me to do anything immoral or illegal,” Luker said.
At Jayson Jones Ford, the staff’s focus remains on the best interest of the custom- ers. Salespeople go through specific train- ing to assist customers to find the exact vehicle they want, new or used.

Jayson Jones Ford offers a service center to tune up any Ford that may need some attention. The dealership’s fully equipped service center performs oil changes and tire rotations, checks engine lights and brakes, and assists with more major vehicle needs.
Unique to this dealership, members of the Jayson Jones Ford staff pride them- selves on guiding customers with their DIY projects and answering any automotive and parts questions they may have.
