Lanford said that almost any silhouette — from a simple A-line to a full-skirted ballgown — can give brides the look and feel of royal elegance with the right fabric and accessories.
“Just remember that it’s OK to choose whatever style makes you happy, whether it’s sleek and sophisticated, sexy or Southern chic,” she said. “Choose whatever you feel beautiful in. It’s all about how you feel in the dress.”
