Instead of serving big dinners, many couples are looking to smaller

plates to feed their wedding guests. Chef Serge Krikorian, owner of
Vibrant Occasions Catering in Benton, said the meals may be just
one or two bites, but the food isn’t just limited to what is traditionally
thought of as appetizers. Examples include Cajun shrimp over cheesy
grits, Burgundy-braised beef brisket over Yukon Gold mash, or open-faced Philly steak sliders. Krikorian said it’s also fun to have passed appetizers and interactive action stations so chefs have more direct contact with the guests.
