THE EVENT
Between 150 and 175 guests attended the couple’s wedding at Little Rock’s Albert Pike Masonic Center, where James Bennett of New Life Church in Cabot performed the ceremony. Floral arrangements by
e Curly Willow Designs in Cabot helped create the elegantly romantic setting Annalisse dreamed of.
THE TASTES
Created by Stephanie Pack of Shine Bright Designs, the bride’s cake featured three layers of red-velvet cake and one of Italian cream, all encased in almond buttercream icing. Unique Cakes by Margaret in Pine Blu created the groom’s cake, which was topped with a Georgia Bulldogs logo, re ecting Duncan’s Georgia roots.
THE RECEPTION
Guests enjoyed jazz tunes spun by DJ B. Rush as they dined on pasta, salad and rolls catered by Morina’s Italian Restaurant in Cabot. A erward, the bride and groom, along with their guests, danced the night away in the Albert Pike ballroom.

Achance meeting via a location-based dating app led to a whirlwind romance — and the love of a lifetime — for Annalisse and Duncan. “We just so happened to be in the same area and at the same time,” Annalisse said. During the couple’s rst meeting at IHOP, Duncan realized that Annalisse was “the one,” and they began dating Feb. 23, 2017. On June 7, Duncan took Annalisse to North Little Rock’s Old Mill, which was the site of her parents’ wedding. “I was a little confused on why we were there, she said. “We stopped at the top of the bridge overlooking all the structures and the water. I saw a turtle, so I turned around and was leaning over to point it out — and he got down on one knee behind me! I was so shocked and excited that I almost fell back into the water.” Annalisse said “yes,” and said she and Duncan spent the rest of the day calling their family and close friends with the news.
