THE RECEPTION
For the couple’s reception at the Robinson Center, planner Jennifer Wallace, owner of Bella Terra Estate in Cabot, used a mix of blush, ivory and rose gold hues, and added metallics to complement the rose-gold theme. Wallace also added elements of greenery to balance out all the pink. She used a collection of candelabras and votives as centerpieces, and mixed pearl beading into the oral arrangements to tie everything together and provide the timeless romantic look that Savannah wanted. Guests had their choice of dishes from a bu et-style dinner provided
by DoubleTree’s catering, while listening to music provided by Brock Entertainment’s reception DJ.
THE DETAILS
“Jennifer did our orals as well, which was great because she already had such a clear vision of the layout and design,” Savannah said. “She primarily used hydrangeas and roses with a mix of greenery. She also incorporated peonies, dahlias, astilbe, seeded eucalyptus, silver dollar, hypericum berries and salal.” While getting ready, Savannah’s ring rested on a painted plate depicting two dance shoes, along with the couple’s initials and the date Matt proposed.
