Best arm: Hickingbotham was 4-2 with a 1.14 ERA last year, McMunn threw 20 innings with an ERA of 2.13, and seniors Brandon Hawkins and Mike Havard will also work into the rotation.
College prospects: Hawkins has signed with Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge, and seniors Hickingbotham and Havard and junior McMunn have also drawn interest, the coach said.
Games to watch: Burrows said Sylvan Hills will be the team to beat in the conference.
Expectations for the 2016 season: Burrows offered one motto for the season: “Play the game the right way.”

Expectations for the 2016 season: “With the amount of returning experience we have, our expectations are very high,” Hawk said. “We feel like we can compete with any- one on any given day when we play up to our potential.”
