6 ways to wear your
SILK SCARF

Women can look and feel fabulous in a brilliantly patterned silk scarf handpicked at a local boutique. This versatile accessory can complement almost any ensemble, and experimenting with new styling ideas can be downright fun. Here are a few looks that can provide inspiration.
1 WRAPPED BUN
This fashionable updo is easier
than it looks. First, pull your hair back into a high or low bun. Then, position the scarf like a classic bandana, but continue pulling the tails until the scarf loops around the bun itself. After that, twist the tails at the base of the bun, folding in the extra material as needed, and tie the tails together. Secure with bobby pins if needed.
4 FAB BANDIT
This look is the easiest of all
and provides an excellent opportunity to showcase an amazing silk scarf. Simply fold the scarf into a triangle, and with the point at your chest, loosely tie the two tails at the back of your neck. You can experiment with different lengths to find the best look for you and your outfit.

2 ROCKSTAR CHIC Channel your inner wild child
with this ’70s-inspired look. First, fold a square scarf into a triangle. Then, beginning with the triangle’s point, fold the scarf over itself at 1- or 2-inch intervals until you reach the long side. Finally, place the center of the fabric strip at the center of your forehead and tie the tails at the back of your head, on top of your hair.
5 KNOTTED NECKLACE Your favorite scarf can transform
into your favorite necklace.
After folding your scarf into a triangle, roll it up from the point to the long side, like you would for the neckerchief. Then tie a knot in the fabric about 3 inches from one end. Continue tying knots every 3 inches until you are 3 inches from the other end. Finally, tie the tails at the back of your neck to fasten the necklace.
3 HEAVENLY HEADBAND This polished style does double
duty by keeping hair away from your face while adding a posh accessory. Begin with a square scarf folded into a triangle; then fold the scarf over itself at 1- or 2-inch intervals, beginning with the point and ending at the long side. With the center of the folded scarf at your forehead, tie the tails underneath your hair at the nape of your neck. Leave about one inch of hair showing in front of the headband.
6 RAD WRISTLET
A scarf can easily be folded into
a fabric bracelet. To shape this fashion-forward accessory, start with a scare scarf folded into a triangle. Then, starting at the long side, fold the scarf over itself in 1-inch segments until you reach the point. Put the point against your wrist, and wrap the scarf around your wrist a few times before tying the ends together. You can tuck the tails in or let them hang loose.
