Sherwood Tractor is a full-service agricultural-equipment dealer. In its Rose Bud location, recent renovations include the addition of a 20,000-square- foot showroom.
In fact, the company’s parts room is now separate from the showroom.
“We’ve got plenty of room for the parts we need and plenty of room to provide service on the equipment we sell,” said Bart Sherwood, owner.
The business also offers its services in its Atkins location. The company offers new tractors and utility vehicles from Mahindra, the No. 1-selling tractor in the world, with versatile and rugged options for a variety of uses around the farm or job site. Customers can also find a wide selection of items from Cub Cadet.
In addition to tractors, Sherwood Tractor offers hay equipment by Claas and carries lawn equipment from Bad Boy mowers. Built in Batesville,
these mowers come in a range of sizes, from simple residential mowers to the Outlaw series mowers designed for the commercial market.
“It’s important that we make sure we do a good job meeting our customers’ needs and not just selling them something,” Sherwood said.
Sherwood Tractor also carries lawn- care equipment from STIHL, and Cub Cadet is part of its inventory featuring the only zero-turn riding mower with a steering wheel on the market.
“We love the retail equipment business,” Sherwood said. “We love meeting the needs of the hobby farmer, as well as those who use our equipment to make their living.”

Restaurant features unique food, relaxing atmosphere
Johnny Ho and his family opened Umami Sushi & Grill Fusion in 2013 in Conway to provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere, as well as great service and food.
“We are a family-owned restaurant that strives to put the best-quality food out there to our customers,” Ho said. “We aim for fresh ingredients in every dish. Each dish is made to order; we take our time to provide a quality meal.”
He said that because it’s a family business, it’s crucial to create family- oriented relationships with customers. Ho said Umami Sushi & Grill Fusion’s staff members are driven and motivated by making customers feel well taken care of and that they’re part of the family.
Ho aspired to create a place for everyone, from the cautious eaters to those curious to try new things.
“For those who want to venture out and try new, unique dishes, this is a
place where you can branch out and taste a different culture,” Ho said. “Our mission is to provide dishes packed with flavor and creativity so that our customers can relax and have a great time with family and friends, knowing their food is going to be excellent.”
