2:30-11 p.m. .......Free transportation to event: Visit pops.arkansasonline.com/trolley-and-parking for pickup schedule.
3-8 p.m..............Kids Pavilion open in East and West pavilions: Activities include free bounce houses, crafts and other activities, sponsored by Arkansas Children’s.
3-8:30 p.m..........Military Appreciation Tent: All military members (active or retired and their dependents) are encouraged to check in to receive various giveaways and a discount card to use with many of the vendors at Pops on the River. The irst 100 military members to register will receive free reserved seating in the amphitheater when the gates open at 5:30 p.m.
3-6 p.m. ............Music from 106.7 The Ride New Country in the Pavilion Plaza
3-8 p.m. ............ Face-painting in the Kids Pavilion: Face-painting is an additional cost.
3-8 p.m..............Uncle Sam in the Kids Pavilion: Uncle Sam will entertain young and old alike with magic tricks and balloon animals.
5:30 p.m. ...........Gates to First Security Amphitheater open: Admission is free, and chairs and blankets are encouraged. Open amphitheater seating is available, but limited. Reserved seating ($10 per seat) may be purchased in advance online. No coolers, outside food or drinks, pets or ireworks are allowed. Visit pops.arkansasonline.com/reserved-seating for
seating options.
5:30-8 p.m..........Smile Photo Booth, presented by Delta Dental in the Kids Pavilion: Take patriotic pictures in the fun photo booth, and leave with a free photo strip. You can also view and
get digital copies of your photos at www.facebook.com/deltadentalar.
6:30-7 p.m. ........Oh Say! Can You Sing? Finalists will perform at First Security Amphitheater, and the winner will be announced. Help the judges decide who will sing the national anthem with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, and win $300. Vote online at www.arkansasonline.
com/sing.
7 p.m. ...............The Big Dam Horns will perform at the First Security Amphitheater.
8:30 p.m. ...........The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra will perform at First Security Amphitheater: The performance will be conducted by Philip Mann and is presented by Delta Dental.
9:30 p.m. ...........Fireworks: Celebrate our nation’s independence with the Pops on the River ireworks inale, shot over the Main Street bridge and visible all over downtown Little Rock.
