The qualified staff members and therapists of Heartland Rehabilitation and Care Center in Ben- ton, Premier Health and Rehabilitation Center in North Little Rock, and Southern Trace Rehabil- itation and Care center in Bryant collaborate to develop an individualized plan of care to address specific needs, goals and expected outcomes.
