Conway business clears the air
Arkansas Duct Doctors wants everyone to feel safe at home. If a homeowner sees brown streaks or mold on the air vents, there is a major problem. When a customer finds mold or exces- sive dust, it’s Arkansas Duct Doctors’ mission to find out why.
The first step is to find out what’s in the system, whether dust, mold or dead animals. Once a cause is determined, employees go to work to find out why the obstructions are present and diligently work until the problem is solved.
Duct Doctors’ customer list includes homeowners, heating-and-air companies, hospitals and government facilities. Some clients have been able to discontinue medi- cal respiratory treatments after an Arkansas Duct Doctors’ house call.
Glendenning said the difference in the home after the work is done should be no- ticeable immediately.
That’s one reason Glendenning loves his job.
“It’s the satisfaction of knowing that we went in, and our customers have an improved quality of life,” Glendenning said.
“We put their needs first.”
Glendenning and his staff are certified
in HVAC and hold certifications from the Environmental Protection Agency.
Glendenning has worked in the busi- ness for more than 33 years.
